Imagine….you’re working as an Implementation Consultant in central Brighton.
You’re given the opportunity to work with a range of amazing global clients and the responsibility of guiding and shaping the way they use our flagship software product Asset Bank. You feel genuine satisfaction from the positive feedback you’ve received from our clients after delivering one of your insightful and inspiring training and consultancy sessions.
The autonomy you’re given to do your job whilst being supported by our established professional services team, is just simply refreshing.
At the moment you’re working from home and it's no problem, because the company’s forward thinking, mature and flexible approach to remote working, makes it an absolute breeze! Your new team can’t wait to meet you virtually, and when you can meet in person, you’re sitting with them in an office located on the 9th floor with stunning views of the sea and the South Downs.
You’ll have the option to work flexibly, whether that be remotely or in the office, and when you do come in, you’re both amused and mildly irritated by the temperamental lift (it all depends if you get stuck in it...which is rare). But you know what? It’s not that much of a deal because it’s more than outweighed by the company’s inclusive culture and desire for your working day to be inspiring, fulfilling and productive.
If you’ve been searching for a role like this….You’ve found it.
Bright is the company behind Asset Bank and Dash. We are an established agile software company and Digital Asset Management (DAM) specialist based in Brighton and we are proud to work with over 800 global clients including 20 FTSE 100.
We offer Digital Asset Management solutions which help brand managers, marketers and digital asset specialists organise, control and share their images, videos and other digital files.
You will be joining the Asset Bank Customer Experience team with responsibility for onboarding our new clients for our Asset Bank product.
We have focused strongly on creating good communication channels and still have daily check-ins, lots of online meetings and use a variety of tools to stay connected. We’ve been working hard to retain our company culture to ensure our teams feel connected to Bright and we’re putting the same emphasis on work/life balance, fulfilling, productive and enjoyable work - just as we did before when we were office based.
We offer a range of great benefits including a supportive & collaborative work environment, 25 days holiday, flexible work hours, income protection and monthly wellness contribution. In normal times, we have company funded outings, monthly lunch club, treats, and drinks after 4pm on Friday. We are doing as many of these things virtually and will revive others when we can. We’re particularly proud of our profit share scheme that ensures every member of the team benefits from our success.
Our supportive leadership style means you get to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your own approach to work. As a result, we have very motivated, committed and energetic people who can make a real difference to what we do and how we do it.
We’re looking for a proactive and innovative consultant who can walk the line between technical configuration and business-focused conversations. You’ll need to be comfortable talking to IT teams and marketing managers alike, helping to build a common vocabulary to ensure your projects are delivered smoothly. With support from experts across our Customer Experience team, you’ll be nurtured to grow and develop your skills, taking responsibility for client engagements and supporting other colleagues as you grow in confidence. Being a great communicator is a huge part of this role and the ability to manage expectations for both our clients and across our team is essential.
Whilst you’ll be supported and mentored by other members of the team, you’ll have the freedom to manage your day and workload to keep on top of things. We’re looking for someone who is both proactive and a self-starter to ensure that you keep things moving even in times where your clients may be unavailable.
A big part of this role is continuous improvement, so we’d love you to have a passion for learning and taking on new challenges. Previous experience with Digital Asset Management, whether you’ve worked in the industry or used similar products in past roles, is always a plus but not a requirement.
This is a varied role and as a business, we work collaboratively across teams to deliver the very best for our customers.
You’ll be working with new clients from around the globe and supporting them through both system configuration and training once the Asset Bank software has been installed by members of our infrastructure team. You’ll also be working with existing customers to ensure they are using the system to the best of their ability and providing advice on ways they could improve their configuration.
You’ll deliver onboarding to new clients and our range of professional services which includes training sessions, product health checks, data migrations and large consultancy projects:
There is also the opportunity to support others throughout the business, whether that be helping a colleague in the sales team to design a great trial for a prospective client, or working alongside our Marketing team to create content such as blog posts and ‘how to’ guides.
In the region of £30k - £40k, depending on experience + benefits and company profit share
